ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST

Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Oncology needed to join dynamic pharmacy team. PGY2 in Oncology or comparable years of experience in this area of specialty required.

Current expansion of department affords opportunities in other clinical specialties including IV Ad-mixture, Critical Care, and Central Operations.

As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will demonstrate a mastery of basic skills of a professional Pharmacist and have an acquired body of specialized knowledge and experience in order to have a positive impact on patient care.


Qualifications

• BS in Pharm or PharmD from accredited College of Pharmacy.


• Completion of residency in hospital pharmacy from an ASHP accredited program desired.


• PGY2 in area of specialty a plus.


• Experience in clinical specialty may be substituted for post-graduate residency experience.


• CT license or eligible for reciprocation.


• 2+yrs experience in an acute care.
