ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST

Seeking an Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist to provide direct patient care to leukemia, lymphoma, and BMT patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive acute management of adult patients, including, therapeutic drug monitoring, approved pharmacy managed protocols, review of chemotherapy orders for accuracy and completion, and provision of drug information and optimizing drug therapy, to prevent and reduce medication errors. Qualifications

• • PharmD from accredited college


• • Residency desired


• • CA Pharmacist license or eligible for reciprocity


• • Prefer 2 years oncology experience and aseptic technique


• • Good verbal and written communication skills; computer literate
