OUTPATIENT PHARMACY SUPERVISOR:

The Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of pharmacists and technicians and will oversee multiple pharmacy locations, direct performance improvement activities, support compliance with regulatory requirements, precept pharmacy residents in the area of management, manage employee prescription benefits, and oversee expansion of outpatient clinical programs and special projects for the department. This positions is @ 75% administrative duties and 25% staffing.

Position is Monday – Friday, 8 a.m – 6:30 p.m. On calls may be included. Very competitive salary.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree from accredited College of Pharmacy. Completion of residency in hospital pharmacy from a program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists preferred. May consider candidates with at least 2 years of retail management experience. CA license or eligible for reciprocation.
