INPATIENT PHARMACY SUPERVISOR:
In this role, you will be responsible for supervision of pharmacists and technicians as well as pharmacy operations. You will handle performance reviews for staff; participate in medical center and medical staff committees and initiatives; be involved with new program development and implementation, as well as quality improvement. The qualified candidate will successfully foster team work and interdisciplinary collaboration; ensure consistency and quality of clinical services and compliance with regulatory requirements; serve as Administrator on Call on a rotating basis. Please have exemplary written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care. Management experience desired.
Qualifications- B.S. degree from accredited College of Pharmacy. Completion of residency in hospital pharmacy from a program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists desirable. CA license or eligible for reciprocation.
