40 hrs/wk. Mon-Fr 7:30AM-4PM. At least every third weekend.

Job Summary: Demonstrates a mastery of basic skills of a professional Pharmacist, which allows for an increased level of practice. Synthesizes an acquired body of knowledge with experience gained in order to have a positive impact on patient care. Demonstrates clinically sound decision making skills.


Qualifications

• B.S. degree from accredited College of Pharmacy. Completion of residency in hospital pharmacy from a program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists desirable. CT license or eligible for reciprocation. 2-yrs experience in acute care.
